Position Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Communications Assistant to join our team and support customer communications, promotional activities, community events, and in-person outreach.

What You'll Do
As a Communications Assistant, you'll help support customer-facing communications, promotional activities, events, and community outreach initiatives.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assist with customer and community communications during promotional activities and events
Welcome customers, guests, and event attendees with a friendly and professional approach
Provide accurate information about programs, services, events, and promotional activities
Assist with event registration, check-in, information tables, and demonstrations
Help prepare informational materials, displays, presentations, and promotional materials
Distribute approved promotional and informational materials
Support team members with community outreach and engagement activities
Communicate professionally with customers, attendees, community members, and team members
Help create a welcoming and organized event environment
Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown as needed
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities
Follow established communication, customer service, and event procedures
Complete additional administrative and support duties as assigned
