Community Engagement Assistant – Entry Level
Position Description
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Community Engagement Assistant to join our growing team. No prior professional experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on support, and opportunities for professional growth.
In this role, you’ll help connect our organization with members of the local community, build positive relationships, share information about our programs and initiatives, and represent our organization at community events.

What You’ll Do
- Engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner
- Represent our organization at community events, outreach activities, and local initiatives
- Help introduce community members to our programs, services, and initiatives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and partners
- Assist with outreach campaigns and promotional activities
- Answer questions and provide helpful information
- Work closely with team members to achieve community engagement goals
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement activities
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
